How we makeWorkshop

From the engineering drawing to your home

Four stations inside our own workshop: we design and analyse, cut and weld, finish and test, then pack and ship. The product you pick travels through all four — and every value on this page carries its evidence. Anything not yet documented reads “Pending verification”

Four stations, one product

Tap any station to jump to it. Each one shows what happens there and what we measure — using values from the published specification only. The reference here is the clothes rack

Station 01Design & Analysis

The product starts on screen — not on the shop floor

A complete SolidWorks model of the frame, the joints and the bolts, then a load analysis that fixes the section and the steel thickness before the first sheet is cut. What leaves this station is a numbered, approved engineering drawing — published in the product’s own photo gallery, not buried in a file.

Rule one: the section and the thickness are decided by the analysis — not by what the market happens to stock.
The rack was designed with the same method taught in our Mechanical Design course

Station 02Cutting & Welding

A section we choose — not whatever the market has

From drawing to steel: cut to size, bent to the drawn angle, then welded on a fixture jig so every frame is a copy of the one before it. No subcontractor sits between the drawing and the product — the same hands that read the drawing do the welding

What we measure Reference

Why a fixture jig? Because six bolts only find their holes first time when the frames match exactly.

Station 03Finishing & Testing

A number that isn’t documented — isn’t published

After welding the frame is cleaned and degreased, then electrostatically powder-coated in specified approved colours and the coat is baked in the oven. Then the test: a load applied to a written method, published together with the result and its date. That is why you read “Pending verification” instead of a flattering number.

Warranty

Our decision: load capacity stays “Pending verification” until the test report arrives with its method and date — then the result and its source are published together.

Station 04Packing & Shipping

It travels flat — and arrives as a regular parcel

Five parts in a single carton with the bolts, the assembly key and an illustrated guide — so the product goes into the ordinary parcel network for every governorate instead of assembled-furniture freight, and builds with one key in twelve minutes of real time

What we check before we write a number

Every item carries its evidence. The items marked as pending are waiting on a document from the client — all of them light up with “Show items pending from the client”

  • Dimensions checked against the drawing

Every frame is measured against the approved engineering drawing before and after welding

    Engineering drawing
  • Load-test report

Method, result and date are published together — or the number is not published at all

    Awaiting report
  • Supplier material certificate

Sheet thickness and section type proven by the supplier’s certificate, not by word of mouth

    Awaiting certificate
  • Coating thickness

Measured after baking — 60 µm on the reference product

    Finish report
  • Colours actually in stock

Only the colours on the shelf are published — not the whole catalogue

    Awaiting list
  • Parcel weighed on the scale

Every parcel is weighed before the waybill — 13.0 kg for the reference product

    Weight report
  • Real-time assembly

An uncut video from opening the carton to the last bolt — 12 min

    Assembly video
  • Warranty terms in writing

Duration and what it covers — as published text on the product page

Packing & shippingFlat-pack

Ships as a parcel — not as furniture

Because the product is designed to come apart from day one, the carton shrinks and so does its weight — so it rides the ordinary parcel network to every governorate. Shipping rates per governorate are published as soon as they arrive from the carrier

01

Open the carton

Five numbered parts, six M8 bolts, one assembly key and an illustrated step-by-step guide

02

Join the two frames

The joint works on the same principle as our logo: two pieces meeting at one precise point — so the bolts find their holes first time

03

Tighten the bolts with the key

12 min of real time on the reference product — filmed without a single cut

04

Put it in place

And the warranty starts on the day of delivery — 24 months on the reference product

Shipping and payment: cash on delivery is the first option for every governorate. Carrier, rates and size limits are pending verification.
