01How do I order from the store?
Pick the product in the store and read its published specification, then order on WhatsApp or through the order form. We confirm size, colour and governorate in writing before anything is made or shipped.
02How do I pay?
Cash on delivery is the first and default option for every governorate. Bank transfer and mobile wallets are being set up.
03When will I get my quote?
We answer on WhatsApp during working hours and send a written quote within 48 hours of the specification being complete. Custom fabrication starts at 5 pieces.
04How is the product shipped?
Every product knocks down and ships as an ordinary parcel to every governorate, and assembles with a single key. The courier and per-governorate rates are pending verification.
05Is there a warranty?
Yes — a published warranty of 24 months, with its conditions written on every product page.
06Can I visit the workshop?
Yes, by appointment on WhatsApp. You see the sheet before it is cut and the product assembled before you order. The address is pending from the client.
07How do I start at the academy?
Watch the free lesson first, then enrol with one account that works for both the store and the academy. Certificate and refund window are pending verification.
