We model the piece in SolidWorks and set the section and thickness after a load analysis — the drawing reaches you for sign-off before a single cut

01What is the minimum order?
One piece for a custom build. For bulk pricing: 5 pieces from the same drawing — same section and same colour across the batch.
02When do I get my quote?
Within 48 hours of a complete brief — a written specification, a price and a lead time. If something is missing we ask first, then the clock starts.
03Can I send my own drawing?
Yes — PDF, DWG or even a hand sketch with the dimensions on it. We redraw it as an engineering drawing and review the section and thickness with a load analysis before you sign off.
04Do you make a sample before production?
For bulk orders, yes: a first piece you approve in person, then production to the same specification. The sample's cost and lead time are stated in the quote.
05What materials and finish?
Cold-rolled steel (CRS) in square and rectangular sections, electrostatic powder-coated. Available colours: pending approval. A number that has not been verified yet is not written down.
06How do I pay and how does it arrive?
Cash on delivery is the first and default option. Bank transfer and wallets: coming soon. It ships as a regular parcel to every governorate — shipping rates pending verification.
07Is custom work under warranty?
Yes, a written warranty stated in the quote — its term and conditions await the client's approval.
